Rob Sauce Recipe Book

NOTE: If using on battered foods, drizzling very lightly is recommended and NEVER fully coating.

 

Boneless/Skinless Chicken Thighs

1. Lightly season chicken thighs with paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, chili powder and cayenne (optional).

2. Broil, grill or bake until done with slight crispness.

3. Now, at this point, you can brush a little Rob Sauce on with a light even coat and allow to cook on grill for 2-3 mins while it caramelizes onto the chicken or remove from heat and place in a bowl, drizzle a little bit of Rob Sauce on meat and toss until light even coat covers all pieces.

 

Wings

1. Rinse raw wings thoroughly with lukewarm water. (Frozen bag wing don't need to thaw)

2. Deep fry at 375 degrees for 15 mins (add 1-2 mins for frozen).

3. Remove from oil, shake most of the oil off then place in bowl. 

4. Drizzle Rob Sauce on while wings are still smoking hot but not super wet with oil. 

5. Toss and coat all wings evenly.

6. Serve.

 

Side Note: Mix Rob Sauce with Sriracha before adding to wings!!! (they compliment each other very well)

 

Sweet Potatoes Fries

1. Preheat oven broiler on High.

2. Rinse, peel and cut.

3. Lightly season with paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, chili powder and cayenne (optional).

4. Put pieces in ziplock bag and add enough Rob Sauce to evenly coat all pieces. Shake bag.

5. Spread pieces on cookie sheet without stacking, if possible.

6. Broil for approximately 25 mins on bottom rack or the one up just one level.

7. Remove, allow to cool then serve.

 

Ribs (be very carful, easy to burn if not)

1. Lightly season ribs with paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, chili powder and cayenne (optional).

2. Grill, broil or bake until done with crispness.

3. Brush on Rob Sauce and cook on both side for approximately 2-3 mins until it caramelizes onto the ribs (candies the meat).

4. Allow to cool then serve.

 

Crab Legs

1. Make dipping sauce by mixing melted butter and Rob Sauce to your liking (not much needed).

2. Melt butter add 2 tbsp of Rob Sauce per stick 

3. Rub Crab legs with butter.

4 Grilled for approximately 6 mins.

5. Remove from grill, allow to cool then serve.

 

Meatballs

1. Fill crockpot with pre cooked meatballs. Turn on High setting.

2. Pour in 1/3 to 1/2 cup of water and add Rob Sauce (half size of your added water).

3. Boil on High for 25-30 mins. Stir every 10 mins.

4. Allow to cook then serve.

 

Side Note: If meatballs are home made, lightly season with paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, chili powder and cayenne (optional).

 

Steak

1. Cook steak to your liking.

2. Allow to cool then serve using Rob Sauce as you would A-1 Steak Sauce.

 

Side Note: Before cooking, steak may be lightly seasoned with paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, chili powder and cayenne (optional).

 

Premium Turkey Burgers

1. Lightly season Premium Turkey burgers with paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, chili powder and cayenne (optional).

2. Broil, grill or bake until done with crispness.

3. Brush Rob Sauce on approximately 2-3 mins before removing from the grill as it caramelizes.

4. Remove from heat, allow to cool then serve.

 

Side Note: I like to add pineapple slices and shredded lettuce drizzled with a very little Rob Sauce.

 

Street Tacos

1. Lightly season and meat with paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, chili powder and cayenne (optional). 

2. Grill meat until done with crispness.

3. While hot, thinly slice meat to fit tacos.

4. Place in bag and add enough Rob Sauce to evenly coat meat. Shake bag and allow to soak.

5. Cook tortillas and allow to cool.

6. Add meat, Pico de gayo, sour cream and drizzle with Rob Sauce for best flavor.

7. Serve.

Pulled pork

1. Cook pulled pork per cooking directions.

2. Once pork is pulled apart, lightly season with paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, chili powder and cayenne (optional).

3. Mix/stir in well, then add Rob Sauce and mix to desired flavor (not much is needed).

4. Serve.

Healthy Rice Bowls

1. Place desired meat/veggie (i.e. steak, chicken, fish, shrimp, tofu, pineapples, green/red/yellow pepper, onions) in a large bowl.

2. Lightly season with paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, chili powder and cayenne (optional). 

3. Add olive or coconut oil and toss until seasoning is evenly distributed.

2. Broil, grill or bake until done with crispness. Remove from heat.

3.  Toss in a bowl until a very light coating of Rob Sauce is seen

4. Allow to cool then serve.
